My name is Wendy Prana Sheil and I am a Certified Life Coach.  Welcome to the magic of coaching.  I am thrilled at the opportunity to get to know you and to share my passion for coaching my clients with you. 

THE COACHING RELATIONSHIP
The relationship between coach and client is Co-Creative, meaning that we are equals and both have an active role.  I am a trained coach using honed communication skills to support you as a detached thinking partner.  Together we produce more energy for you to create meaningful changes and take dynamic actions towards your goals.  The synergy of our relationship is an opportunity for you to create HUGE shifts in your life. 

THE PRIMARY FOCUS
The primary focus of my coaching business is working with women who are trying to strike a balance between their own needs and the needs of their children, partners, parents and the other responsibilities in their lives by making small changes that create big differences.  
   I simply love supporting women in realizing that they do have time to explore their dreams and aspirations again and that they can rediscover or define anew their goals. I enjoy sharing in the excitement as women discover that they can focus on themselves and take better care of themselves and still enjoy a fulfilling and complete family life.
   However, I do not limit my practice to this market.  I enthusiastically work with anyone who is searching for the supportive realtionship that is known as Coaching.
   
THE COACH'S ROLE
In the coaching relationship I enjoy the role of guiding light as I walk beside my clients as they travel the path that is determined by them as they search for their answers, that ultimately reside within themselves.  I become fully present for my client in their session and pose the questions that open the doors to opportunity and solution.
   It is simply awe-inspiring to be present over and over again to the "aha" moments that occur as both client and coach realize the power of women as we ask what we really need and who we really are and discover anew what we are able to create for ourselves and others.
